No refunds, simple cancellations.

Because coaching sessions and digital plans from Smartfoundrai are delivered with significant time, preparation, and immediate value, all sales are final and non-refundable.

That said, we keep things as flexible and human as possible when it comes to cancellations and rescheduling.

• No refunds: Once a 1:1 coaching session or digital product is purchased, the payment is non-refundable.
• Easy rescheduling: If you need to move your coaching call, you can reschedule with advance notice (subject to availability). Details will be included in your confirmation email.
• Subscriptions & future billing: If you’re on a recurring plan, you can cancel future renewals at any time. When you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
• Need help? If something unexpected happens, reach out and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.

This policy applies to all Smartfoundrai purchases, including coaching sessions and digital products, unless a different agreement is clearly stated in writing.
